About our listings

Each watch is a single item. Reference number, year, dial and condition are published as we have recorded them for that specific watch. Where a detail is not shown, it is not confirmed — ask us rather than assuming.

Photographs show the actual watch offered. Colour reproduction varies between screens.

Brand names

Rolex and other manufacturer names and model designations are used on this site for identification only, to describe the watches offered. Billyswatches is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer for, nor affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by, any watch manufacturer.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Because each watch is unique, a listing may sell while it is in your cart. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it. We may decline an order — for example where a listing was priced in error or where we cannot verify the purchaser.

Payment

Payment is by bank wire transfer or credit card, as set out on our Payment Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order, and an order is prepared for dispatch once payment has been received, cleared and verified.
